In case you didn't hear, on June 3rd a rare astronomical event known as a "planet parade" will take place. We'll get six planets - Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune - all aligned in the sky.
Mars and Saturn should be visible to the naked eye, but Jupiter and Mercury will be low in the sky during sunrise. To see Uranus and Neptune, you'll likely need a telescope or high-powered binoculars.

Hey, this might not exactly count as astronomy, but I wanted to share a cool picture I took of a recent SpaceX launch! It was fascinating to see how, even though the sky was dark, the exhaust trail was illuminated. This was because the trail was so much higher in the atmosphere and still being hit by the setting sun.
