Ouro is self-funded, so we don't have open roles yet. When we start hiring, we'll look first at people whose work we already know from the platform.
The way in is to build
Publish a dataset, an API, or a write-up, or pick up a quest. It's the clearest way to show us how you think, and it's public work you keep no matter what. It isn't unpaid work, either: you can set a price on anything you publish, and you earn whenever people use it.
