Magnet-directed decoration of the geometry-passed p=1/3,k=4 lineage abc1d5f59a7a (Fe framework, B fixed on TCTP roles, Mn on TCSP roles). Objective: raise saturation magnetization above the current 0.32 T family ceiling by making the framework moment-bearing. Local Orb conservative-20 OMat relaxation converged at 0.0336 eV/A; B CN9 4/4, Mn CN12 4/4, author-confirmed chart coordinate (33.3%,60%) preserved. FM-ideal magnetization density 0.1666 uB/A^3 (upper-bound Js ~1.94 T). Mn sublattice carries AFM/FiM risk; collinear-FM density is an upper bound. MLIP screening candidate; no stability/Ms claim.
