Fe4Sn8 I4/mcm, recovered FeSn2 ground state (ORB -5.4657 eV/atom)

Best of 200 random PyXtal + ORB trials for Fe4Sn8 (12 atoms). Matches the Materials Project FeSn2 I4/mcm phase (ORB -5.4654 eV/atom). The only basin within 50 meV/atom of the best; hit by 8 of 200 trials from five different proposed space groups.
