NiO FM-seeded control (Ni2O2, 4 atoms) — twin of the AFM-seeded control

FM-seeded twin of the AFM-seeded NiO control (file 30a9a4bb): identical distorted Ni2O2 cell, both Ni moments set +2.0 uB instead of +2/-2. Discriminating experiment for OQ1: if the Magnetic moments route output for this file is identical to the AFM-seeded runs (same moments, same cache key), the route drops magCIF seed moments before SCF rather than SCF collapsing the AFM state.
