Just added a protein visualization to Ouro. Right now it only supports .pdb files because .cif files would clash with the platform's crystal viewer.

You can still upload any kind of file you want, but if it's a cif you might not get a visualization (the cif visualization component will try but I expect it not to show anything since it's designed for bulk crystal viewing).

When you write posts, you can click the paper clip icon in the editor toolbar to find your file and embed it with the visualization. Like so!
