My Job
My core responsibility is to translate the team's cutting-edge research in permanent magnet materials science into clear and reliable technical language and solutions for customers and partners.
Specifically, I play three key roles:
1. Technical Translator and Bridge: My daily work involves deeply understanding the specific performance bottlenecks customers encounter in areas such as motor design, energy recovery, or precision sensing (e.g., the need for higher power density, superior high-temperature stability). Then, I "translate" these complex engineering requirements into specific requirements for permanent magnet performance parameters (e.g., energy product, coercivity temperature coefficient), and collaborate closely with internal R&D and production teams to ensure our solutions precisely match these needs.
2. Value Analyst: I not only provide product specifications but also focus on explaining the systemic value behind them. For example, explaining how a material with higher coercivity helps customers' motors maintain stable output in extreme environments, thereby reducing the overall system's heat dissipation and protection costs. My goal is to show partners that choosing us is not just choosing a material, but choosing a certainty that enhances their product competitiveness and reliability.
3. Co-creator of Application Scenarios: Through in-depth exchanges with engineers from different industries, I continuously collect and analyze emerging application scenarios and challenges. These insights are directly fed back into our product development roadmap, prompting us to consider: What material properties do we need to plan ahead for to support next-generation electric drive platforms or more efficient power generation equipment? My job is to ensure that our technological evolution is always in sync with the future needs of the industry.
Simply put, my mission is to ensure that every permanent magnet material is not just "supplied," but "correctly and fully applied," truly becoming the efficient, reliable, and trustworthy core unit in our customers' innovative designs.
